3. Reduce the amount you eat each time.
Just this one act alone will go a great way in helping you. Let’s say currently eat a breast of chicken for dinner. Cut out a small piece and keep it aside for the next day. Even eating a bite less helps. Remember the start slow principle. Once you get used to this portion, then reduce it further. Your body will tell you what the optimal amount is for you. It is a known fact that most people eat more than they need.

4. Find an exercise program that you like.
Even just walking with help. Find something that you like. Because if you like it then you will do it for a long time and you won’t abandon it.
