The current day hectic lifestyle is causing more and more of us to lead unhealthy lifestyles. We do not watch what we eat. We do not exercise. We eat on the run. In fact, they are saying that many of us are living our lives in our cars.Our body takes all this in stride when we are in our teens and our twenties. And then one day we wake up and find that we have a big belly. What used to be a flat stomach, now has flab around it. What we don't realize is that this fat can be very dangerous for us. It has been found that stomach fat is one of the most dangerous kinds. It can mean a lot of health problems.
