Eating Just Before You go to Sleep

If you are ever tempted to eat just before falling sleep, think again. Put that meal or snack away. It is better to fall asleep with an empty stomach and to eat a good breakfast the next morning.

Your body needs some awake time to process whatever you eat. If it doesn't get that time, then most of what you eat will become fat.

Set a cut off time in the evening and do not eat after that. This cut off should be about two to three before you normally go to sleep.

Lastly remember not to be too hard on yourself. Even with all the best intentions, you might skip a breakfast here and there and you might a snack before bed. It is ok. The thing is not do it everyday. Consistently watch yourself and you will lose belly fat.
